LDM Office : Under Lead Bank schemes after nationalization in year 1969 lead department was working under Agent/ Divisional/ Regional office. However from 1-4-1982 Central Bank of India started a well established Lead District Manager office in Kota it is working at first floor Central Bank of India A.S. Road Rampura, Kota.

Lead district Managers objective, role and perception
1. Usual role

Convening meetings of the DCC and DLRC
Periodical meetings of DDM/ Government Officials for resolving outstanding issues.

2. Banking penetration
Drawing up the road map for banking penetration
Focus attention on the urgent need for achieving 100% financial inclusion through penetration of banking sevices in the rural areas.

3. Preparation of district Credit Plan/ Annual Credit Plan
Monitoring implementation of Annual Credit Plan with coordination of DDM as per Potential Link Plan PLP for agriculture and allied activities NABARD Development department of State and Banks having significant present in district. Micro and small direct financing , Housing Loan.

4. Coordination monitoring and implementation of objective role of Rseti’s and FLCC’s. holding of workshop and conferences sensitization government officials NGO , Panchayati Raj.

To vigorous follow up flow of agricultural and allied activities and rural credit weaker section , minority , SC/ST credit flow, financial inclusion literacy, financial literacy.
